Dr. Cook is very thorough and kind. She does a lot of health teaching which is great. She explains all new medications and medical findings. She had a great bedside manner. Willow and the rest of the office staff are courteous and prompt.

Excellent bedside manner and job of informing me of my progress. Any questions about recommended procedures, medications and studies were thoroughly explained by her. I enjoy and look forward to appointments. It's refreshing to have a provider actually patiently listens to symptoms/concerns, and then develop a pro-active plan of care that is easy to follow. Dr. Cook does an excellent job of listening to all my health concerns and seeking solutions. She keeps abreast of the latest trends in health care as well as offering carefully considered referrals when appropriate. I am very happy that Dr. Cook was recruited to join the practice last year and take over from Dr. Shea, who was also outstanding.
