The televisit site was having problems the day I had my appt scheduled. I made it to the virtual "waiting room", which, in and of itself, was exciting! The idea of being able to have a face to face with your doctor is valuable & efficient, if it fits for your situation. Dr. Brian Burke ended up phoning me due to technical difficulties, so
my appt still worked out. Staff was very helpful with the glitches I had on line to help me get started.
Dr. Burke answered all of my questions and made several recommendations to help me relieve some sinus issues before taking antibiotic.
